Stat-dependant skills?

How do I make skills scale with stats? (e.g. does [int]*2 damage)

Trigger it's damage. Cause it to deal Intellect of casting hero x 2 with a simple damage trigger.

so i make a dummy spell with 0 dmg, catch when it affects a unit and deal the dmg with a trigger right ?

In the ability, Stats-Levels
