Static timer tutorial for GUI

Have been doing GUI MUI tutorial and finished it, still it seems complicated. I'm too lazy to write it myself, but I think it might help GUI users when they know concept how all triggered ability instances use same timer. When that is explained MUI should become clearer. What do you think about this idea? Vexorian has made such tutorial "Moving from handle vars to struct" or with similar name.
