Taunt, like in WoW

How do I make a spell that taunts all enemies forcing them to attack the caster withing 400 range of position of casting unit?

You could use the ability Taunt. That's in the game.

You can use the Mountain Giant's "Taunt" ability.

Just make it a hero ability.
