There is a default skill called "Taunt" under unit ability.
Well you can force attack by using this. Free hand, sorry about that. In the trigger, "MyUnit" refers to the unit you want to force your attack on.
Trigger:
- Force Attack
- Events
- A unit Is issued an order targeting an object
- A unit Is issued an order targeting a point
- A unit Is issued an order with no target
- Conditions
- (Target unit of issued order) Not equal to MyUnit
- Or - Any (Conditions) are true
- Conditions
- (Issued order) Not equal to (Order(attack))
- (Issued order) Not equal to (Order(smart))
- Actions
- Unit - Order (Triggering unit) to Attack MyUnit
