Tile Trouble

I made a custom tileset for my spaceship map, using this tutorial http://www.world-editor-tutorials.thehelper.net/tilesets.php

And I though it would be good, then when I tried to use it in the editor, I got this.

Whats up with this?

Oh that would be cool, but i think what you didnt do was alpha out the gray area... using GIMP > just use the eraser over the gray areas. using Paint shop pro > create a new layer called Alpha 1, color the gray areas SOLID black, save the alpha layer (and overwrite it) then save it and try, I never made a tileset though so im not sure... but good tiles (once they are fixed)
