time problem?

its kinda strange but just now i noticed that the forum time shows me 01:22 when here is 02:22 (gmt+1) i checked in the options and i have selected GMT+1, then just to test it i selected GMT+2 and the time jumped to 03:22 what is correct, then switched back to GMT+1 and got to 01:22 ... is the problem in me or in the forum?

edit: nevermind, i had DST correction turned off
