I am making a hero assault map (as I consider them to be) like DOTA (you select a hero and destroy the enemy base) and have a character who needs to transform from a hero type unit to another hero type unit. Well I have modified bear form to do this very task. The problem is, when the character changes, all his stats (strength, intelligence, agility) remain the same. Also, I do not want the transformed state to have any hero spells, but he keeps them even though I gave him none in the editor.
To sum it all up, I have a character who is transforming to the right character, but spells and stats are not changing properly.
I know I could use metomorphosis and modify it to be a non-hero ability (like bear form), but I have metomorphosis already on the character, and so I don't want them to share the same cooldown. Metomorphosis would still keep the problem of spells on the transformed character anyway. So, any help anyone could give me? And please, no JASS.
