how to use trigger to make the following effect:
1. Deal Damage to a single target, enemy unit only
2. Deal damage in an area, to enemy unit only
3. Stun the targeted unit while the spell cast
4. make "shadow strike" effect to an area, affected to all enemy organic unit in that area.

I'm not exactly sure what it is that you want to make. If I understand correctly you want to make a trigger that damages a single enemy unit and all enemy units surrounding it? I think you are going to have to be more specific in your explanation of what you want to do.

What you're asking is still unclear. Do you want us to make you spells with those effects? Just the triggers? Or something else entirely?

Regardless, you should post more info than just the effects. Values, for example.
