Trigger help

Well this ain't workin....

Unit - Create 1 Evasion for Player 1 (Red) at (Target point of ability being cast) facing Default building facing degrees

"Target point ability being cast" only works for things like storm bolt right?!
For example if i use blizzard how can i trigger to create units in that area?
