Trigger Problem [Losing 50 gold]

E'llo!

I'm making a trigger. When a unit enters a region, he should be killed, and a new unit should be replacing him, with the cost of 50 g.. I just cant figure out how to make him lose the 50 g ;(

Here's the triggers:

• player red gold
  • Events
    • Time - Every 0.20 seconds of game time
  • Conditions
  • Actions
    • Set PlayerRedGOLD = (Player 1 (Red) Current gold)

• Headhunter
  • Events
    • Unit - A unit enters HeadhunterHERO <gen>
  • Conditions
    • (Owner of (Entering unit)) Equal to Player 1 (Red)
    • PlayerRedGOLD Greater than or equal to 50
  • Actions
    • Unit - Kill (Entering unit)
    • Unit - Create 1 Troll Headhunter for (Owner of (Entering unit)) at (Center of HeroSPAWN <gen>) facing Default building facing degrees
    • Wait 0.50 seconds
    • Set PlayerRedGOLD = ((Player 1 (Red) Current gold) - 50)
    • Camera - Pan camera for (Owner of (Entering unit)) to (Center of HeroSPAWN <gen>) over 1.00 seconds

Just use this action:
Add -50 to player 1's current gold.
Use - to subtract, you should know that.
This is the add resource action...

The reason the previous triggers didn't work was that you were just setting a variable (Set PlayerRedGOLD = ((Player 1 (Red) Current gold) - 50)), but not the actual gold of the player. This causes the variable to be set right, but unless you have something to set the gold to the variable or something the whole thing is useless.

There are two ways of fixing this, or two commands you could use anyways.
- Player - Set ((Owner of (Triggering unit)) Current gold) to (Player 1 (Red) - 50) Current gold
- Player - Add -50 gold to (Owner of (Triggering unit)) current gold

• Player - Add ((Player 1 (Red) Current gold) - 50) to Player 1 (Red) Current gold

This however is wrong as well, rather than reducing the gold by 50, you're doing: ADD(add= +) player gold - 50 to the current gold.
What you would get is: (Current gold - 50) + (current gold), so if you had 100 gold at the start you would get: (100-50)+(100)=150 gold.
Simply replace the '((Player 1 (Red) Current gold) - 50)' with '-50' and it should be ok:

• Player - Add - 50 to Player 1 (Red) Current gold

Also another thing, you can remove the first trigger:

• player red gold
  • Events
    • Time - Every 0.20 seconds of game time
  • Conditions
  • Actions
    • Set PlayerRedGOLD = (Player 1 (Red) Current gold)

This will only cause lag and doesn't serve any purpuse in your map I think, since you could always use '(Player 1 (Red) Current gold)' to replace the variable.
