Unit Dies when other unit dies.

I created this summoning hero. Basically, it's a remote control "battlecruiser" that is summoned for 125 energy. This is the problem:

The summoned battlecruiser is not destroyed when the summoner is destroyed.

This is what i have so far.

Behavior(Buff):
Validators (Disable) +(Battlecruiser With Marine Death Validate)
Effect: Effect - PeriodicBattlecruiser Attached Hero Death
 
Effect(Damage):
Effect: Flags +Kill
Effect: Validators +(Battlecruiser With Marine Death Validate)
 
Validator(Unit Filters):
Validator: FiltersRequired: Dead; Excluded: Ally, Neutral, Enemy
So basically, when a unit dies it dies again. Fail.
I'm trying to make it so that the SUMMONER dies the SUMMONED dies as well(and not the other way around). However every combination of behaviors and behaviors added on seems to have no effect. The behavior works, and the effect works, but the Validator/Unit added behaviors don't. Ouch.

I don't know how to get this to work via the data editor, but it would be fairly simple to do via the trigger editor if the player can only control one Summoner unit. Just run an event for when that unit type dies and then kill any battlecruisers that are owned by that player.
