WEU error

Hi. I just downloaded WEU from this site and when i click on the ''Create new map'' button, is says that

Runtime error '713' :
Class not registred.
You need the following file to be installed on your machine. MSSTDFMT.DLL

I downloaded it again but it didnt help..

Did you download it again from another site? Because it seems some places holds bugged versions of WEU.

Downloading WEU from another source can not help. You may try but if this will not work go to > www.google.pl and write "MSSTDFMT.DLL" in search bar and dl this file then put in into your Windows\System32 folders.
Dont worry this will not crash you PC.

If the MSSTDFMT.DLL is a windows dll file, then no that would not work. But I sincerely doubt that. Most likely it's a dll file use by WEU. Besides, WEU doesn't use any other windows DLL than normal WE does, and if his normal WE works, then the problem very very likely is a faulty download.

Ok so i dled the MSSTDFMT.DLL... what folder in Windows\System32 i install it to... i got like 30+ folders there...

put it directly into system32 folder. that's where all the dll files are afaik.
