Hi, I did a few posts here and you all helped me out and that makes me a happy person.

I'm creating a survival where the are 3 diffrent regions: Ice, Forest and Desert. With each there own sort of nomads. And each race has 5 classes. I can make the items, the sleeping and all of that, but what I can't figure out is the cooking system they use in the troll tribe maps. I think I tried almost anything I could come up with and all things didn't work out.

So can any of you pro wc3-editors (or others :D) help me out plz.

You can pick up the corpses you get from killing animals (know how to increase corpse making) and when you drop em near the campfire and click on the ability cook (or whatever name you have) the corpses change into food as items that restore your health.

You pick up a corpse, it disappears and changes into an item in your inventory, right?

(You should use an ability, which can target dead units. Base a new ability off channel)

        (Ability being cast) Equal to Corpse Pick Up
    Actions
        Unit - Remove (Target unit of ability being cast) from the game
        Hero - Create Corpse and give it to (Triggering unit)

Then, if you have the corpse in your inventory and want to cook it on the fireplace, it changes into food?

(I can only guess the fireplace is an unit, to make sure the ability is actually targeted on the fireplace, not on any other unit)

He means where you drop a corpse and then you click a button to turn the corpse thats on the floor into an item

But I had this in mind (hope this makes more sense)
You use the cargo hold ability for corpses (the one meat wagon uses) to pick up the corpses, then you drop the corpses near the fireplace (unit) and use the ability to change the corpses into items.

For converting the corpses into food (items), try using this:

A: Set Point = (Position of (Triggering unit))
Set UnitGroup = (Units within 400.00 of Point matching (((Matching unit) is Dead) Equal to True))
Unit Group - Pick every unit in UnitGroup and do (Actions)
    Loop - Actions
        Set Point2 = (Position of (Picked unit))
        Item - Create Food at Point2
        Unit - Remove (Picked unit) from the game
        Custom script: call RemoveLocation(udg_Point2)
Custom script: call RemoveLocation(udg_Point)
Custom script: call RemoveGroup(udg_UnitGroup)

Well try to give the unit the ability Cargo Hold(Meat Wagon) and see if it works. About placing it by fire and making it turn to meat see if this works:

Firstly, it checks, if the cooking hero is near enough to the fire. If it is, it will convert the corpses into food.

    Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart

    Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
