Crispy Fried Pork Chops

This Crispy Fried Pork Chops recipe makes a nice batter surrounding the juicy Pork Chop that is crispy and flavorful.

Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless pork chops, about 1-inch thick
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 3 shallow dishes
  • Large skillet for frying
Instructions:
  • In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder
  • In another shallow dish, whisk together eggs and milk
  • Place breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish
  • Dredge each pork chop in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess
  • Dip in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add enough oil to cover the bottom
  • Once skillet is hot, add pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through
  • Remove pork chops from skillet and let drain on paper towels
  • Serve immediately
