White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake

This White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake recipe creates a luxurious cheesecake dessert that promises to dazzle your guests with its rich flavors and beautiful presentation.

Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 9-inch springform pan
Filling:
  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or thawed if frozen)
  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Optional: white chocolate shavings
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 325 F
Crust:
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter
  • Press into a 9-inch springform pan and chill
Blueberry Sauce:
  • Simmer blueberries until juicy, blend until smooth, and strain and set aside
White Chocolate Mixture:
  • Melt white chocolate with cream and set aside
Filling:
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar then add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and white chocolate
Finish Up:
  • Assemble by layering filling and blueberry sauce in the crust, swirling for a marbled look
  • Bake at 325 F for 50-60 minutes
  • Cool in the oven to prevent cracks.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Garnish with blueberries and chocolate shavings
