Open it with Image EXtractor, then save it and import it from your file, set its path.

I wasn't trying to make something totally diffrerent. I wanted it to be a bear, that look like it had an association with fire. Oh, I did that, didn't I? I made this for a map I am doing, just thought I would put it up if any of you wanted to use it.
