Blood DPS Opinions

I use a frost DW spec for dps right now, and came up with this spec while my server is being stupid.

Haven't played my DK in a while or kept up to date with what works/doesn't, so I could be wrong here

Dual-wield Blood? Would've expected dual-wielding to be a bit lacklustre in performance without Threat of Thassarian :3

Yeah, forgot to fix glyphs as that build was previously a frost one.

You'd just be nerfing yourself if you were DW without Threat of Thassarian (frost).

Blood dps is pretty much top, but only if you are really geared (and use a 2hander..). You need tons of Strength, ArPen, and Expertise if you want it to work right.

Otherwise just go frost or unholy (I imagine unholy rotation is easy as pie since they changed unholy blight).

It's most certainly not. It's just that you replace SS with Obliterate.

And oh, I agree with Flare. I doubt that DW will be more effective than 2-hand unless you got ToT and use the ToT-effective attack.

Reglyph is as necessary? I doubt you'd need to alternate between tanking and DPS'ing more than once every Hearthstone cooldown and, if you are in a situation where you must change over (i.e. temporarily or permanently taking over as the tank or DPS), your group would probably summon you back anyway - surely you wouldn't need to swap runeforges unless you're doing an instance

Unless of course you're unfortunate enough to be in the Frostwyrm Lair in Naxx, without a Warlock... then you're screwed
