As stated in the title, may I know how to change to maximum number of hero skills to be learnt by a hero?(I can only set 5 skills for a certain hero)

You can't. The limit is 5. But there are systems for customising the skill learning system, allowing you to learn up to 11 skills on one hero.

Ghan has said he has fixed this. Monovertex please confirm this fix. This was only a problem with people that had signatures in the upper levels like not the special members but the respected members.
