Dark Portal opening effect

Hi everyone,

Got a single question: I want a spell that creates a dark portal (Shimmering Portal). I dont want the shimering portal to just appear when i cast the spell, but first to play the "opening effect" that i've saw while playing the game, any help?

I guess that's the birth animation.

So it should work if you create a dummy builder that builds the portal.
