How shoould i do this?

I have an Building in the Middle and i want it to be none attackble and i want it still to be able to cast Mana Drain on it but no others spells

Make the building Neutral Passive and modify your Mana Drain's targets allowed to Neutral.

But building has no mana right?

well but i can still Attack it if i press A and then aim on the building

In the middle of the unit properties is a section called Combat - Targetted As. Usually it should be set to "structure," but you can check the "invulnerable" box as well.

Go to the abilities tab and edit all the spells you want to work on it. Edit the Targets Allowed section by checking the boxes "structure," "vulnerable" and "invulnerable".

See if that works.

Add to the unit's abilities the ability "Invulnerable - Neutral Passive".
