How should I start?

I got full version of WoW yesterday and I created an Undead Rogue. They are great, I got him to level 10 now.

I'm making progress My Warlock is now level 10 (pretty close to 11) and I've just learned Summon Voidwalker (was pretty fun to cast Fear on the mobs defending the quest item, then steal it and run away ) and I must say, it is great fun

And once I get the full version, I can join groups (since it's a huge pain to have to deal with others stealing quest monsters ) - one in particular being a gnoll boss. I saved two Mages from being owned by the boss, but wasn't able to get the quest item, then (once the boss respawned) I tried to take him out, but those guys that I helped decided to let me die so they could steal the kill

Also, is there any easy way to navigate the Undercity? It takes me ages to figure out which way to go to get to the Mage Quarter

The easiest way is probably to explore it and look at the map often.

Yeah, people on WoW are merciless. It takes a while to find and establish real friendships; be patient :thup:

For me, the Undercity is the easiest city to navigate (I spent so much time there, I guess). I don't play the game anymore, so I can't give you step-by-step directions. Just spend some time there, you will get used to it. I can tell you that there are 2 levels to the Undercity: upper and lower. The upper one isn't terribly important, but it is where the flight master and the exits are. The auction house is in the center; the auctioneers are in the outer-center of the lower level. To get to the quarters, you need to be on the outer rings of the lower level. To get to the royal quarter, go through the Apothecarium. The royal quarter is where you get some quests and, more importantly, where you can access the PvP instances.

I'm getting used to it now (even though I just use the Bat Handler for the most part to get out of there )

Slowly making more progress - I'm level 14 now, and owning (nearly) everything between Undercity and the first 'town' in Silverpine Forest - there's a very good chance that I'll get the full version once the trial expires
