How to disable trading ?

I been trying to disable gold/lumber trading, but it seem not working. And I did't find any topic/post regarding about it. So, I decided to post a topic asking about it.

The "Game - Set Lock resource trading to Off" action under "Game - Set Map Flag" category should do the trick.

I'd set Lock resource trading to On. Off would enable trading, wouldn't it?

Actually, yes, I suppose so.

Haven't never really used that action, oh well.

You could also set the amount traded to 0 @ game constants.
2 disadvantages:

• you can't switch it on/off during game, its just permanently off
• with maphack you can still give gold/lumber since it has a function to set the amount traded to any value the user likes.

I've never used the function mentioned above by 'Andrewgosu', but if it does work I'd use it.

I use the 0 Gold 0 Lumber trade style ehehe...
