Using a negative valued Tranquility that aims enemys and healing yourself by 20xUnits in range of yourself owned by enemy... but it wouldn't show the green thing of life steal
And i don't know if Tranquility works with negatives.
tranquility wouldn't work, because you wouldn't get the necessary animation.
try creating dummy caster units with a trigger, spawned at the location of your hero, then issue order for them to cast your version of Life Drain.
You would then need a seperate action to add life to your hero using some pretty crazy math. You could make it as simple or as complicated as you want. (i prefer the former).
The only problem is: would the dummy casters be close enough to your hero to make it look like he/she is casting the spell?

The Missing THing Is HOW Much Life Is Going To Be Taken. Also, Another Thing Is That If You Want A Specific Number, You Would Have To Make The "Damage Area" Thing To Only Hit The Ones That Got Hit By The Lightning Effect. Which I Also Have NO Idea How To DO. Also, How To Make It Specific On How Much Life You Want Taken Is Also A Pain I Don't Know How To Do. But This Could Be A Base Trigger for A Trigger You Can MAke Yourself. Just Keep These Problems I Placed In Mind.
I am working on getting access to the old news portal under a different URL for those that would rather use that for news before we get a different news view.
It is OK though for the main page to open up on the forum in the view it was before. As long as the portal has its own URL so it can be viewed that way I do want to try it as a regular forum view for a while
