Life Regeneration Aura

Hi, im trying to make a life regeneration aura only heal allies of the player who has the life regeneration aura, not enemies included. Im also trying to add a buff and make the ability an actual icon, sintead of being invisable. Anyway to do these? As of right now i have set targets of the life regeneration aura to friend, self, allies, invulerable, vulnerable, organic, air. Still though it heals enemies and friends, any ideas? Thanks!
 
Try using unholy aura, it has built-in life regeneration properties that I believe are configurable between percentages and actual values.
 
Hmm, in life reg aura though it has the data field amount of hit points regenerated .01 and in the unholy aura it is life reg %, so what # would be the same? 3.0? Thats a 300% increase though in comparison with life regeneration aura that gives 3hp per sec.
 
I'm pretty sure unholy aura has a field where it states something like:

Data Life Regeneration Percentage - True/False

Put it to false.

It has a "Percentage Bonus" field, but Im not sure if this applies to the movement speed bonus only.

Using the health regen aura you can give it a tooltip and icon but probably not a buff.

If all else fails you can always make a dummy aura (to show the tooltip, icon, and buff) and simply give the the life regen aura ability to the hero when the hero learns the ability or level it up when the hero levels the ability up.
 
Life Regeneration Aura heals a percentage of each unit's maximum hp every second. There is no other aura you can change to do exactly that.

There is a life regeneration aura ability from the healing fountain that does what you want. Make a dummy aura and add this ability, simple as that. I checked it it works both with percentile and custom values.
 
Edit any friendly aura (like unholy aura) to not do anything, but have the buffs/looks you want and tooltips. Then, when the unit learns that ability, you add the life regeneration aura to the unit by using a trigger. If there's more levels of the regeneration aura, you will need to increase the level of the skill whenever the original dummy aura (in this case unholy aura) is leveled up ^^

    It is OK though for the main page to open up on the forum in the view it was before. As long as the portal has its own URL so it can be viewed that way I do want to try it as a regular forum view for a while

    I switched it to a "Standard" article forum. This will show the thread list like normal, but the threads themselves will have the first post set up above the rest of the "comments"
