Map Problem

I am creating a map on the world editor but none of the spells use up Mana whats wrong?

Well, that's odd..

Try looking at one ability, on object editor check the mana cost if it's 0 or something.. Well if it's 0 then that's why, but if it has a mana cost, then it has something to do with you WE setup..

managed 2 fix it apparently in gameplay constants aparently its mana regen per intel was set to 999999 and it was in default!

That is weird.
You say it is on default?
Try to make a new map and check it there, you may have more problems.
