my trigger doesn't work?

        Player - Player 1 (Red) types a chat message containing sellsk as An exact match
    Conditions
        And - All (Conditions) are true
            Conditions
                (Item-type of (Item being manipulated)) Equal to Siegekit lvl 30
                (Unit-type of (Triggering unit)) Not equal to Siege Mode30
    Actions
        Item - Remove (Item carried by (Hero manipulating item) of type Siegekit lvl 30)
        Player - Add 2500 to Player 1 (Red) Current gold

well the add 2500 gold works...
but the item remove doesnt work...
i tried using triggering unit but it still doesn't work...
i need back up here plz...
 
There is no manipulated item in this trigger, so the action hits nothing at all.

anyways i tried using triggering unit with hero manipulating item...

The only event response you get there is "Triggering player" (and what he typed of course).
There is no triggering unit or hero manipulating item or any other unit response.
 
I suggest setting your unit as a variable, then change the conditions to

Or - condtions
Item carried by herovar in slot 1 equal to ur item
Item carried by herovar in slot 2 equal to ur item
Item carried by herovar in slot 3 equal to ur item
Item carried by herovar in slot 4 equal to ur item
Item carried by herovar in slot 5 equal to ur item
Item carried by herovar in slot 6 equal to ur item

setting herovar pretty much depends on how it is created..
 
eeer then what should i do???
i tried using 2 events and...
oh well didnt work either...
i mean it work but not the way i wanted it to be...
how do i make a triggering player on the event response...????

EDIT:
oh yeah i tried removing the conditions and used the actions only in which it did not work...
my problem right now is to make the event and actions compatible to each other...
any ideas???

I think this will work.

well its not really a problem since ive already got another condition for it...
but just curious you know...

    It is OK though for the main page to open up on the forum in the view it was before. As long as the portal has its own URL so it can be viewed that way I do want to try it as a regular forum view for a while
