Pronounce it as "Zann the Defender, the Imperial Guard." Zann the Defender is actually a placeholder (it's a Paladin's name by default. So it would normally say, "Zann the Defender the Paladin"). It will most likely end up just being Zann the Imperial Guard in the end.
