Newgen has stopped working entirely

A few hours ago, newgen stopped working. No errors, no crashes. Just doesn't appear when I click the shortcut or actual .exe

I discovered a way to start it up again - using we.bat when used on the desktop. This worked for a few hours.
Than when I tried restarting for a 3rd or 4th time, it started spitting out errors about unexpected runtime or something akin to that.

Now, it won't even start. No errors this time, nothing.
I tried deleting all of it and installing it again - still doesn't work.

What is going on?! I've read dozens of 'Problem with newgen' topics - most covering the same thing. Yet have not found any problem resembling mine.

Vista 64bit
I have tried restarting, I have checked the process tab to see if it might be running in the background. Absolutely nothing.


EDIT: 'Reinstalled' newgen another time. This is what the black box we.bat gives me.

Don't use newgen? Try it!

I do that all the time xD It rox. No errors w/e.

Except for the small fact that I use many of the features of newgen, most of which would be in scripting. You try and save a map which uses scopes.

could be a vista related problem ...
..but vista isnt officially supported by newgen ..

Now, it won't even start. No errors this time, nothing.
I tried deleting all of it and installing it again - still doesn't work.

@WindexIsBack: Did you go through and delete everything to do with NewGen before reinstalling?

Try and disable any running firewall/anti-virus programs.

I deleted the entire folder, ran CC cleaner to clean both recycle bin and fix any registry errors. However I did not do a full computer check on newgen, I'll do it later.

EDIT: Nope, didn't work.
Did everything I could to delete newgen.
Searched "jass" on computer and deleted everything related to it (all newgen)
Searched "new" and deleted any files associated with newgen.
Searched "gen" deleted any file associated with newgen.
Searched "newgen" and deleted any file associated with newgen.
Ran CC cleaner on recycle bin.
Ran CC cleaner to fix registry errors
Repeat the last 2 steps again

Downloaded JassNewGenPack5b.7zip
Extracted to Computer>User>Username

Same error as before. I did absolutely nothing between when newgen worked and didn't. In fact, I turned it off so a model would work correctly. Closed newgen and attempted to start it up.
