Passive with Cooldown?

I'm just wondering, how can I create a passive ability with a cooldown?.

Well you cant click it and it has a cooldown.

Hey bro, does the slow poison ability has a buff??? If so, check that buff, use it for performing the double attack... I think that double attack was some kind of a dummy unit and not the weaver attacks itself...

You can use bloodlust that lasts for a short duration good enough to make another attack.... make the chance by trigger..

I think you don't have to change anything right?
It should work on melee and ranged heroes, just change the cast range of the searring arrows.

Hmm, lol I dont know what should I suppose to change , sry but I'll give a try doing it.. If it should be melee then should I remove the Missile Art in Searing Arrows?, and how it would the attack unit by the attacking units normal damage..

Use SEARING ARROWS and Orb of Lightning, even if your hero is melle it will work, just set searing arrows dmg bonus to 0
