Recording Replays?

I want to record my replays. The only problem is when I record it I get terrrrrrible quallity. I'm using CamStudio, and old computer. No matter what settings I put I can't get enough quality.
Any solutions/Ideas for what I can try? (Besides get a new computer?)

fraps? its not free though, you could try the trial

btw, i get really good quality with fraps, its just huge file size.

hypercam, record it on medium settings then use wmm to make it into a windows movie file which shrinks it into youtube viewable size, though the quality wouldn't be high

How come anything over 2 for "Rate in frames per second" is considered "too high"? What are the best settings? I don't care as much about the quality (as long as I can see what things are). I just don't want many frames skipped because then I can't see what's happening.
Also, does recording sound make a difference? If I don't record it will it make it less laggy?

Recording sound wouldn't make a big difference. and I haven't used hypercam in a long time but I remember there was a bar for quality or fps and I put the bar in the middle. Personally I kept my computer on mute and it still had sound . Probably because of the warcraft settings.
