2. I want to make a spell that cast 3 shockwave in front of the caster, but I don't how to explain so I make a little shematic to make you understand:

1. Read the sticky. It's the first thing mentioned in there.

2. Done before, look for the post titled something like Tri-Shockwave.

3. It's based on a periodic event. Every 1/25 of a second (or so) it checks for all units in range of the dummy.
