i dont want base on blink caz Ordinary blink cannot blink into unexplored place , thats why.

Just make a 2nd trigger
Trigger:
  • Blink CD
    • Events
    • Conditions
    • Actions
    • Wait 2.00 seconds
      • Trigger - Turn on (Your Blink Trigger)

And mod you other trigger

Trigger:
  • Your Blink trigger
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Starts the effect of an ability
    • Conditions
      • (Ability being cast) Equal to Blink
    • Actions
      • Unit - Move (Casting unit) instantly to (Target point of ability being cast)
      • Trigger - Turn off (This trigger)
      • Trigger Run - Blink CD

thats free hand but something to that effect
