Trying to sell tower

Here is my code, and it doesnt do anything.

Trigger:
  • Sell Tower
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Finishes training a unit
    • Conditions
      • (Unit-type of (Trained unit)) Equal to Sell Tower
    • Actions
      • Special Effect - Create a special effect at (Position of (Trained unit)) using UI\Feedback\GoldCredit\GoldCredit.mdl
      • Player - Add (Point-value of (Triggering unit)) to (Owner of (Triggering unit)) Current gold
      • Unit - Remove (Trained unit) from the game
      • Unit - Remove (Triggering unit) from the game
      • Set TrainedUnit = (Trained unit)

Use trained unit for the fx and gold and why are you seting the variable

Instead of using a unit that is trained, just use an ability based off of channel. Make the ability a no target one, and just have the triggered effects whenever the ability is used. And yeah, that adding to the variable doesn't make any sense.
