Units not being created

I've been making a simple defence type game, you know where you have a base with an entrance and create a horde of the enemy to attack that base. Well, I figured it was easy, create units at a location send all units on a strategic suicide mission. Using elapsed time triggers (probably not the best way) I make attack waves. One of them doesn't work, 200 zerglings and 30 mutalisks dont appear. Could you please help me out.
