What the heck are Razings

I'm making a map and i want another type of points i can use like custom. It can't be effected by the game and razings is a choice. What are razings so can i use em in my level?

Yes!!!!!!!!!!! That means they will work for my map. The players don't kill any buildings. Thanks but why are they called razings?
