WTF Item Illusion is Trolling me

So randomly my illusions started immediately dying when they were being made i found out that it was only my XCVunit that was causing the dying illusions. Even narrowed it down to a way to make it stop.
PROBLEM IS WHY everyone of my triggers are turned off and the illusion spell works fine on the other 3 heroes set to a variable....

Melee Initialization
Set ZXCunit = Shadow? 0006 <gen>
to
Trigger
GameIsTrollingMe Copy

It allows illusions created on ZXCunit to survive.

WHY? they were not dying when i made the trigger and i had map initialization made a long time ago. My brain is sizzling can anyone help? i want to set it up so i don't have to worry about it in the future.

And if you have any advice or tips it would be greatly appreciated!

Waits will make your map hemorrhage leaks, best to pretend they don't exist in your maps ever...

EDIT:
Start looking into Unit Indexing & Damage Engine By Bribe
These are the systems I'm going to use to try and redo your spell
Damage engine can be used to trigger your evasions and critical strikes!
While Unit Indexing can track a unit based on it's custom value.

so I never found out what caused the illusions dying but it worked when I simply copy pasted the unit and changed ZXCunit variable to the custom unit so there's that...
Otherwise I've updated the two spells to respond to the two systems

Also I left Delayed Action in there encase making unit groups and variable durations are too hard

Oh nice thanks! i was planning on putting numbers in 1 by 1 but with damage engine it looks like i can do it all at once, as far as the unit indexer that could really come in handy when i start making my enemies.
As far as the illusion dying.... it wasn't always like that but when i started putting in conditions on my events for illusions (Like so my windwalking main doesn't give the bonus dmg to the illusions) all of a sudden my illusions started dying.... then only after disabling every trigger but the initialization i found out for sure i was 100% completely stumped.
Like what do i do T.T the game is just being mean to me at this point!
Well i know for some reason it gets attached to a variable... so i can work around it if it comes back but man this is weird!
Anyways thanks again! I'm going to take a look at those triggers in detail you added.

    Signatures can be edit in your account profile. As for the old stuffs, I'm thinking it's because Blizzard is now under Microsoft, and because of Microsoft Xbox going the way it is, it's dreadful.

    Crazy how much 3d printing has come in the last few years. Sad that it's not as easily modifiable though

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

    Luckily I have a 3d printer for that, I guess. But it's ridiculous. The regular volcanos are 21mm, these Sovol versions are about 23.5mm

    So, 2.5mm longer. But the thing that measures the bed is about 1.5mm above the nozzle, so if I swap it with a volcano then I'm 1mm behind it. So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    I didn't realize they designed this entire thing to NOT be modded. I would have just got a fucking Bambu if I knew that, the whole point was I could fuck with this. And no one else makes shit for Sovol so I have to go through them, and they have... interesting pricing models. So I have a new extruder altogether that I'm taking apart and going to just design a whole new one to use my nozzles. Dumb design.

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart

    Partsbuilt has individual parts I found but they're expensive. I think I can get bits swapped around and make this work with generic shit though
