Building Height

I have changed the movement height of my buildings. ON the editor the have gone below ground. (which is what I want)
When I start the game the buildings are back you their normal height. Please explain to me what I need to do to fix this?

You need to put the movement type to none in order for it to work.

it already has movement type none. I tried foot but that doesn't work too.

I've gotten it to work with the following settings:

Art - Elevation - Sample Points: 0
Art - Elevation - Sample Radius: 0
Movement - Height: -#
Movement - Height Minimum: -#
Movement - Type: Hover
