The Blue Neutral Minimap Icon?

So where do I find the icon which looks exactly like the yellow house for a neutral building but it is blue instead. I think I have seen it in some other map so I'm sure that it exists. If some kind soul just could post the path here.

Look in the game play constants or interface and find the icon there it will give you the path of it.

I tried but didn't find it. Don't know what it is used for.

If you have Newgen you can go to the tab "Extras" I think its got the minimap Neutral House there.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't exist in the editor (just checked). You will have to make one or ask someone else to do it for you.

I use newgen and I couldn't find it... And how the hell do you know it exist if you haven't seen it!?
