Modeller? Help please

For my map, i need 3 models
-Villager with Footman Animations
-Villager with Archer Animations
-Villager with Priest Animations

Ive tried to add the animations with Oinkerwinkles animation transferer, i spent 3 hours trying to work it :banghead:, (Remove the animations from VillageMale1.mdl and placing link in first box, placing the Footman.mdl in the second) Anyway, i gave up after this .
Could anyone please help me? Or, if you have enough time could you please make these models for me? (Footman Animated one doesnt matter too much, i can use its regular animations, just looks wierd).. Anyway, help please.

you cant use the animation transfer because it doesnt have the right bones
you need to add the bones somehow

Ok, thanks for bringing this to my attension, but how can i change the bone (Names, isnt it?) so it works properly?
