starting location in RPG games

I would be very grateful if someone could tell me how to place starting locations which then don't create town centres/strongholds/whatever in the map. I need it for a RPG

Its a trigger that creates starting units at the start location

module/triggers/Melee Initialization/<--- delete this trigger

To pull up starting location

window/new/units/tool palette - select box start location - place start location
