Hey i just had a question on making an ability like (Shockwave, Carrion Swarm, Breathe of Fire, or Crushing Wave, etc.) that also slows?
By slows i mean that if a unit is damage by this ability he the unit will have it's movement speed and attack speed reduced for a few seconds.

I think i explained my problem wrong.
I made my Kobold Stash(The return gold center) to close to the Gold Cart(Gold mine) and now when the game starts the kobold stash is automatically moved away from the gold cart because its to close to it.
Im looking for a way to change the distance that is required to build a gold mine from a structure that can return gold.
Because if you've ever played ladder you know you cant build a town hall to close to a gold mine, it needs to be further away. And in my map kobolds are mining "gold" in...
