403 forbidden

I don't know if i post this right.. but:

recently I am getting 403 403 forbidden message everything I go to www.battle.net..

anyone having the same problem??
anyone know why it happens to me??

Does http://eu.battle.net work? Maybe they banned Europe from the North American site!?! (I doubt it... but maybe they are trying to redirect you and it doesn't work due or something.)

But I can get to the EU one from Canada.

I can get to both us.battle.net and eu.battle.net.
Not to battle.net though.
