A little help with items

Hi
Can someone please tell me how I can make an item to be unuseable by a certain hero? E.g. In DotA Pudge can't use Blink Dagger.

This question has been asked before. It is a trigger (series of triggers) that is used. You can find most examples on the Forums - Tutorials. Most even give you the trigger needed to do this. If you are too lazy to find it, someone I'm sure will post an example trigger for you...

   A unit acquires an item
Condition:
   ((Triggering unit) has an item of type Kelen's Dagger of Escape) Equal to true
Action:
   Hero- Drop (Item carried by (Triggering unit) of type Kelen's Dagger of Escape) from (Triggering unit)

dont forget to add the condition 'unit type of trigger unit equal to ur specific hero' as well, so only that hero type drops the dagger
