Ability Cooldown Reset

I know there is a trigger command to reset all ability cooldowns...
...but is there a way to reset a particular ability cooldown?
Alternatively, is there a way to make an ability have an artifical cooldown? (I.E, it has a cooldown of 0, but if it does something i.e kill a unit, it has a 5 second cooldown.)

  • Conditions
    • (Ability being cast) Equal to Refresh
  • Actions
    • Set Ability_Level = (Level of Animate Dead for (Triggering unit))
    • Unit - Remove Animate Dead from (Triggering unit)
    • Unit - Add Animate Dead to (Triggering unit)
    • Unit - Set level of Animate Dead for (Triggering unit) to Ability_Level
