- Unit - Cause (Casting unit) to damage SpecialEffectTargets[5], dealing PowerShot_Damage damage of attack type Spells and damage type Divine

Why doesnt this work..? Im trying to make it so that x2 intelligence is given as a damage to that unit. I have a whole bunch this one happens to be for target 5
