Altering Max upgrades

Hey,

Anyone know those maps that can have upgrades till 100 instead of 3?

This is usefull if you make an UMS map where you want the players to control heroes that can level up, like DBZ and D&D.

I am using Windows XP and everytime i try to run an editor that allows me to do this, i get the following error:

"The procedure entry point RichEdit10ANSIWndProc could not be located in the dynamic link library RICHED20.dll"

I can use the Emerald StarEdit, but that only goes to level 3 max upgrades.

My question:
Does anyone know of a program that can alter maps and set the max possible upgrade level to 100?
A very small program where you can select a map would be enough.

You should use Stardraft and an Emerald Aspect CWAD...

install Stardraft and extract the CWAD from the .zip to the Stardraft folder.

Get them both at http://www.campaigncreations.com and click on Starcraft programs.
