Hello , how do I do this : The player 1 can't attack his ally player 2.. is this in triggers or in gameplay constants?

Trigger:
  • Events
    • Unit -A unit is attacked
    • Conditions
    • (Triggering Unit) belongs to ally of(Owner of(Attacking Unit)) Equal to true
    • Actions
    • Unit - Order (Attacking Unit) to stop


Triggering unit means "Attacked unit" with this event.

Triggering unit means "Attacked unit" with this event.

Does this damage the attacked unit or stop first?
