why are they not allowed?
they are popular to use (lets not forget useful) to help people join your game.
they do nothing but good, so ask you "why are Autorefreshers are not allowed?"

Its a 3rd party program.

I believe thats why. Its considered a "Hack/Bot"

Essentially because they rely on packet altering and Blizzard doesn't like that so neither do we.
