I once knew all of the main combinations for all of the good items, but I lost my list. Anyone want to help me?

I need:
bloodstone
Chosen essence
dagger of escape
rainbow shield
magma gauntlets

I can't really remember a lot of them...but anything will be greatly apperiated, thank you!
