Base maps

i don't no of there is a topic like this but maby it's a good idea to make a HERE ARENA MAP base with hero's that can be changed. the triggers. and than fore HERO DEFENSE, TOWER DEFENSE.

so people that don't mapping very good can make hero arena's and tower defense

You want a hero arena... template? It wouldn't work out too well. If every hero arena was based off of the exact same template, we get no originality. DotA template is alright, because DotA is not a genre. It's a full-blown map. Originality is key in the success of a map. That and entertainment value.

He doesn't want it, it's a suggestion, do you think it's a good idea that templates/base maps for games such as Tower Defenses, Hero Arenas etc be made, yes or no?

There is/was a DotA template I believe.
